At uniquecustom, we want you to be satisfied with your handcraft supply purchases. You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must:

• Be in original, unopened packaging
• Show no signs of use or damage
• Include original receipt or proof of purchase
• Be returned within 30 days of purchase date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized handcraft supplies
• Items that have been used or opened
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
4. Ship the item to our store address or bring it to our physical location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or products of equal value. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
